  • Payment Information: Billing details processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number.

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, generation history, and credit consumption
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs

2.3 AI-Generated Content

We store AI-generated images, videos, and text content associated with your account to enable access to your generation history and project management features.

  • AI Service Providers: Prompts and inputs are sent to third-party AI model providers (Google, Kling AI, Seedance) to generate content. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
  • Payment Processors: Stripe processes your payment information under their own privacy policy.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: We use Google Cloud Platform and Firebase to host and operate the Service.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or government request.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform servers in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
